Language(s), Morocco
In most tourist places you will be able to get by with English, however French is widely spoken in the south and Spanish in the north. French/Spanish is by far more useful than English.
Arabic is the lingua franca of Morocco and several dialects of Berber are spoken throughout the country. Dialects of Berber depend on the region within Morocco (hence the use of Arabic between peoples of different regions) and as you venture out of the cities you will find more and more people speaking Arabic/Berber and less English/Spanish/French. Moroccans also speak their own dialect of Arabic that differs from neighboring countries and classical Arabic.
A few useful Arabic words:
asalamalakum - literally, peace be upon you, used as greeting (akin to "hello")
alaikum salaam - the proper response
inshallah - god be willing
shukran - thank you
waha - yes
la - no
zweena - pretty

There's still plenty of Morocco to be filled out.
