Breakfast pancakes with maple syrup
1 egg
1 ¼ cupful milk
2 soup spoons melted butter or oil
1 ¼ cupful farina
1 soup spoon sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Mix the egg, the milk and the oil. Mix the dry ingredients and adjoin all together.
Heat some oil in a pan.
Put some dough in the hot pan and wait until the dough blisters, then reverse the pancake (on the other side the pancake needs just half of the time).
Serve the ready pancakes with butter and maple syrup.
