Responsible travel is a complex and difficult issue. At Earth.org we do not pretend to have the solution to make the tourism industry perfectly sustainable. Instead, we seek to offer the best elements of travel and tourism.

We are aware that some forms of tourism inevitably cause damage to communities and environments. However, we believe that it is possible to travel responsibly - choosing sustainable alternatives for transport, lodging, shopping, and participating in the social life of a destination.

And we believe that sustainable and responsible travel is an important tool for enrichment, development and exchange between cultures.
