Social Media Marketer
Earth.org is looking for a passionate social media marketer on a volunteer basis.
Your job:
- A challenging job in which you work on all kinds of social media marketing areas. You will coordinate your work with our marketing and SEO/SEM team. You are creative and you will come up with your own ideas for social media marketing campaigns and you will also create and analyze them.
Your profile:
- Passion for social media and good knowledge of related tools and technologies, including StumbleUpon, Technorati, Digg, Reddit, Twitter, FriendFeed, Facebook, Delicious and other social websites
- Ability to plan, create and analyze social media marketing campaigns
- Link Baiting and Relationship Building Skills
- Analytical Ability
- As an active participant in the Social Media Sphere, you have experience in social media marketing including Blogging, Discussion Forums marketing, PR and Article Marketing
- Strong understanding of Web design, applications, navigation, Web 2.0
- You are totally dedicated to your job and work 100% self motivated
- Strong grasp of the English language
- Ideally you have experience in working remote
- You have strong cross-cultural skills and share our environmental, social and cultural friendly mindset
What else do you need to know?
Location: Remote work at your preferred location
Minimum time involvement: 5h/week, flexible schedule
Time horizon: preferably long-term
This is a volunteer position. We are a wiki-based website with an open atmosphere where everyone is invited to contribute. Earth.org is in the initial beta and as an early adopter and volunteer team member you will have the chance to help shape the future of an exciting project.
